SECURITY SURVEILLANCE MANAGEMENT

The Perform Remote Surveillance Function (PRSF) course equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to carry out surveillance operations from a remote monitoring environment. Participants will learn how to use CCTV and video analytics systems to monitor activities, identify potential security threats, detect suspicious behaviour, and respond to incidents through proper escalation procedures. The course also covers surveillance techniques, incident reporting, communication protocols, and the effective use of security technology to support security operations. Designed under Singapore’s PWM Security framework, this course prepares security personnel to perform remote surveillance duties professionally and efficiently in modern security command centres and monitoring facilities.
