Terms and Conditions
Course registration, funding, refund and attendance terms for ETANN Academy.
These terms apply to everyone who registers for a course with ETANN Academy, operated by ETANN Consultants Pte Ltd (UEN 201843068W). Please read them before you register.
1. Entry requirements
- Minimum education: Secondary 2.
- You must be able to read, write and speak English.
2. SSG funding
Trainees are bound by the terms and conditions of any funding scheme approved by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). SSG funding is for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
The trainee, or the sponsoring company, must pay the balance of the course fee to ETANN Consultants Pte Ltd if the funding claim is rejected because:
- the trainee attends less than the minimum 75% of the course;
- the trainee is absent without a valid medical certificate;
- the trainee is assessed as Not Yet Competent (NYC); or
- the trainee has already received funding for the same course.
3. Paying with SkillsFuture Credit, PSEA or CASH
Trainees who pay with SkillsFuture Credit, PSEA or CASH and are eligible for funding must pay the full course fee if they:
- do not complete the course, including the assessment, within 60 calendar days of the course end date; or
- fail the assessment more than 3 times (applies to Singapore Citizens and PRs).
4. Refund policy

| No-show on the first day or any later day of class | No refund |
| Deferring training or assessment by more than 14 calendar days | No refund |
Approved refunds are processed and paid within 14 working days.
ETANN may cancel or postpone a class if enrolment is insufficient or because of unforeseen circumstances.
5. Fees

6. Attire
Classroom: smart casual. Covered shoes are required. Bermudas, sandals and slippers are not allowed.
Assessment: smart formal. Covered shoes are required. Jeans, sandals and slippers are not allowed.
