Follow the complete online application process for your Security Officer Licence (PLRD) with easy step-by-step instructions.
Login to Security Officer Licence Portal
Go to the Security Officer Licence portal and click on “Log In for Individual Users”. Scan the QR code using your Singpass application.
Apply & Verify Through Singpass
After clicking “Apply”, scan the Singpass QR code again and proceed by clicking “I Agree” to continue the application process.
Complete Application Details
Verify all details carefully. Fill in the Additional Particulars of Applicant. First-time applicants should select “Courses Attended – None of the Above”.
Upload Documents & Declaration
Attach supporting documents if required and review the form carefully before proceeding to the Declaration section.
Proceed to Payment
After reviewing all information, proceed to “Make Payment” and complete your online application submission successfully.
