Step 2: Click on ‘Access E-Services’.

Step 3: Select ‘Download Certificates’ and you will be prompted to log in.

Step 4: Log in via Singpass and you will be redirected to the Careers & Skills Passport page, where you can view your list of learning records.

Step 5: Click on the specific record and click on the download icon to download the respective certificates. For OpenCerts, a new browser tab for https://OpenCerts.io will open where you can view your OpenCert record.

Yes, you will be able to access your OpenCerts Certificates and print or download PDF copies through your Careers & Skills Passport on MySkillsFuture portal. After selecting the desired OpenCerts Certificates, you will be redirected to a simple step-by-step guide to view, download and print their OpenCerts certificates on https://opencerts.io.

 

You may go to the SOA or Qualification listed in Careers & Skills Passport, click on the download icon at the SOA or Qualification. You will be redirected to view, download and print the OpenCerts certificates on https://opencerts.io.

When the WSQ SOA or Qualification certificate opens up in a new window in “Opencerts.io”, you will have to follow the steps below to set the parameters for saving the digital certificate in PDF:

Step 1: Click on the “Print” button.

Step 2: Indicate “Save as PDF” in the destination.

Step 3: Under Pages: select “All”.

Step 4: Under Layout: select “Portrait”.

Step 5: Select “Save” to download a PDF copy of the certificate.

After logging in on MySkillsFuture portal, click on the profile icon on the top right of the homepage, then select “View Careers & Skills Passport”.

You may download the certificates on Careers & Skills Passport and attach the OpenCerts file (.opencert) as an attachment in an email. Alternatively, you may download a PDF copy of your OpenCerts and attach it in an email.

You will be able to upload it onto your Careers & Skills Passport in Q1 2025.

Yes, you may rename the OpenCerts file but you must retain the file extension (.opencert) for it to be readable.
